LDC RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN
PC&Co designed and executed two major campaigns for the Laborers District Council, focusing on labor and contractor recruitment. We developed a comprehensive series of billboards, public bus signage, and bus shelter ads to be displayed throughout Philadelphia and its surrounding areas.

Our goal in providing brand identity and visually conveying the message for the Laborers District Council of the Metropolitan Area of Philadelphia and Vicinity is to encapsulate their mission of empowering their members. By designing and implementing impactful campaigns, we aim to assist the Council in their efforts to secure employment for their members, defend their rights, and advance their interests. Our visual creations for billboards, public bus signage, and bus shelters are strategically developed to resonate with the community, fostering a sense of unity and strength. Through these visual elements, we strive to elevate the Council’s message, emphasizing education, cooperation, and the rightful position of their members in society.
