what are your booking and payment processes?
Projects are booked on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a spot on my schedule, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your remaining balance will be broken up into (2) payments. Your last payment is due upon approval of the final design, and once received, delivery of finalized design files and/or website launch occurs.

How will be communicate during my project?
I prefer email. There are so many changes that take place during the process, and I can keep tabs on it all in a simple email thread. If you wish to hop on a call or do a video chat, those options are available upon request and are required to be scheduled.
will i be able to make changes to my website?
Yes! Actually, once your design is complete, I transfer the web design over to you so you have full control. We will complete a one hour how to session. If you feel uncomfortable making these changes on your own, you are more than welcome to reach out to me with a maintenance request. Pricing will vary based on the request.
do you handle the printing of my deliverables?
It’s completely optional, but I do LOVE when clients ask PC&Co to oversee the printing of their items! I can utilize my expertise and network of trusted vendors to ensure that the job gets done right and showcases the designs I've created in the best way possible. There is an additional fee for this service and I'm happy to provide you with a custom quote based upon your specific printing needs.
do you have set office hours?
Yes! It's important to keep a structured schedule and respect our client’s time and our own personal time. My office hours are Monday-Thursday from 11AM - 7PM and Friday from 12PM-5PM. While I may work outside of these hours at times on various projects, those hours are standard. Any in-person meetings to my office are by appointment only. I typically respond to emails within 24-48 business hours and have communication timeframes outlined in the contractual agreement that is signed prior to work beginning on your project.
WHAT IF IM NOT SATISFIED OR WANT TO CANCEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROJECT?
Before getting started on your project, a consultation will take place to understand your project expectations and desired outcome. This helps to ensure that your project needs are satisfied. The design process is tailored to provide you with plenty of opportunities to voice your feedback and suggest revisions. I am always open to working with clients to ensure that the end result is something that they love. While your 50% deposit is non-refundable, If you still feel that the design is not on point with that you are looking for, you will not be required to pay the full remaining balance of your project; however, any revisions or concept work done above and beyond the scope of the deposit will be billed on a final invoice.
