District of Columbia Corrections Information Council

Our goal in providing brand support and visuals for the District of Columbia Corrections Information Council (CIC) is to effectively communicate the vital oversight role they play. As an independent agency that inspects, monitors, and reports on the conditions of confinement for DC residents in facilities operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), the DC Department of Corrections (DOC), and their private contractors, CIC's mission is crucial. We aim to create clear, impactful visuals and a strong brand identity that underscore CIC's commitment to transparency, accountability, and the well-being of those in confinement. By enhancing their visual presence, we seek to bolster public awareness and trust in CIC’s essential work.
